What we know
One-room school first built on the Angling (now Vollmer) Road, 'just north of the intersection with Black Forest Road' (von Ahlefeldt) or 'about a half a mile from Black Forest Road' (Ellett), and named for its first teacher. It was moved to Black Forest Road (then Table Rock Road) about World War I (von Ahlefeldt) or in 1921-22 (Ellett) and renamed Forest View. Pupils went to Falcon from 1945, and the building was moved to Colorado Springs as a house. Six trees, the foundation and an ash pit marked the site (Ellett pp. 27-28, 42; von Ahlefeldt pp. 100-101).
Where it was
On Black Forest Road 'right across from the Kit Carson Riding Club arena' (Ellett p. 28), the arena in OpenStreetMap; von Ahlefeldt (p. 101) has the Bleeker School moved 'a few hundred yards west' from the Angling (Vollmer) Road to Black Forest Road. Good to a few hundred feet.
Placed from a written description, such as a land section, a distance from a landmark or an old survey note.
